Shipping Policy

A) Minimum Shipment

The minimum shipment amount is $5,000.00 MXN plus VAT.

B) Transportation Insurance

All shipments are sent insured. JYRSA® charges 0.8% of the merchandise value for transportation insurance. If the distributor wishes to use their own insurance policy, they must provide JYRSA® with a letter indicating their policy number.

C) Freight Payment

JYRSA® covers the freight cost for all shipments over $18,000.00 MXN using couriers of our choice. The following product lines are excluded: the entire range of liquid protection (raincoats, waterproofs, aprons, sleeves), cold protection, disposable items (coveralls, face masks, hair nets, etc.), and traffic control (cones, posts, drums, tapes, and bollards).

If the shipment is valued under $18,000.00 MXN, the customer must cover the freight cost. The customer may choose to have JYRSA® pay the freight on their behalf and add the cost to the invoice. In this case, JYRSA® will select the courier service.

If the customer wishes to receive the shipment as freight collect, they may select the courier service of their choice

D) Claims to Carriers

Shipments Insured by JYRSA®

In case of receiving damaged boxes or products, the customer must immediately file an administrative report signed by the carrier’s driver, including: the observed damage, waybill number, invoice number, driver’s name, recipient’s name, time of delivery, and the license plate or vehicle number.

The customer must send this report along with photos of the detected damage to our Customer Service Department. JYRSA will file the claim, and upon receiving compensation from the carrier, will issue a credit note to the customer.

E) Shipments Insured by the Customer

In this case, the customer must file the claim directly with the carrier.
